Payroll Administrator (M/F/D)

Your future area of responsibility

• Independent processing of payroll salary accounting
• Maintaining personnel files and master data
• Administration of employee onboarding and offboarding
• Point of contact for authorities, social security, and tax office
• Handling time management and travel expense accounting
• Participation in projects and interface to financial accounting
• Point of contact for payroll tax and social security matters

What you can inspire us with:

• Completed commercial education (HAK, FH or similar)
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Successfully completed payroll accounting certification
• In-depth knowledge of Austrian labor law, payroll tax, and social security regulations
• Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of Sage DPW | SAP is a plus
• Strong communication skills in German + English
• Proactivity | solution orientation | reliability
• Communicative team player with a winning personality and hands-on mentality
